Best SaaS Affiliate Programs: Verified Terms and How to Choose

Strong SaaS affiliate programs, checked on vendors' own pages on 22 October 2026, include HubSpot (30% recurring for up to a year), Webflow (50% for up to 12 months), Kit (50% for 12 months), beehiiv (50% to 60% for a year), and ActiveCampaign (20% to 30% for up to 12 months). The best one sells a product your audience keeps paying for.

How this list was made

Every term below was read on the vendor's own affiliate page on 22 October 2026. No figures come from third-party roundups, which often repeat retired rates. Programs change terms regularly, so treat this as a dated snapshot and confirm on the vendor's page before promoting. Inclusion is not a ranking or an endorsement; it is a set of real, well-documented programs that show the range of structures in SaaS.

The programs

Seven open programs and one closed one, each summarised from its own terms page.

HubSpot

30% monthly recurring commission for up to one year at the Starter tier, with a 180-day cookie window. Higher tiers, based on monthly sign-ups, add cost-per-sign-up options and custom commission subject to approval. Runs on Impact; withdrawals by direct deposit or PayPal once the balance reaches $10. Suits writers and creators covering marketing, sales and CRM software.

Webflow

50% of a new customer's first subscription for up to 12 months, with a 90-day cookie and first-touch attribution. Higher tiers add 10% or 15% for up to another 12 months if the customer renews. Payouts run through PartnerStack. Webflow does not accept freelancers or agencies building sites for clients (they go to its Certified Partner Program), or coupon, deal and loyalty applicants. Applications are reviewed, with a response quoted at one to two weeks.

Kit (formerly ConvertKit)

50% for the first 12 months of every referred customer, at every tier. Affiliates who refer 10 or more paying customers a year (Bronze) then earn an extra 10% indefinitely after the first year, rising to 15% at Silver (50+) and 20% at Gold (100+). Referrals from paid methods such as PPC do not count toward tier status. The page does not state a cookie length.

beehiiv

50% at Bronze, 55% at Silver, and 60% at Gold, each paid monthly for a full year per paying customer, with a 60-day cookie. Payouts are made on the 15th of each month for the prior month, managed through Dub. Self-referral is not allowed, and search ads on Google or Bing, especially on branded terms, are banned; social ads are allowed.

ActiveCampaign

Starts at 20% and climbs to 30% of subscription value, based on new business and retention, for up to 12 months while the referral stays a customer. Being a customer is not required. The page does not state cookie length or payout schedule.

Elementor

55% on first purchases of Elementor One, which its page describes as a launch-phase rate, and 45% on Editor Pro and Elementor Host; for monthly Elementor One plans, the 55% is based on the first three months of payments. 45-day cookie, $200 minimum payout, paid within 30 days after the purchase clears its refund window. Coupon sites, self-purchases and PPC promotion are prohibited.

Semrush

Flat amounts rather than a percentage: $50 to $300 per sale at the Basic tier depending on product, up to $450 at higher tiers, plus $10 per free trial. 120-day cookie, last-click attribution, hosted on Impact. Brand-keyword bidding, cookie stuffing and self-referral are prohibited.

Closed to new affiliates: Notion

Notion's page lists up to $50 per activated sign-up plus 20% of year-one revenue, but states the program is not currently accepting new affiliates. A useful reminder that a program in a roundup may not be open.

How to evaluate a SaaS affiliate program

Work through these in order:

  • Audience fit. Would your readers buy and keep this product? Recurring commission is only as good as retention.
  • Qualifying event. Paid plan only, or trials and sign-ups too? Notion pays on an activated sign-up; Webflow counts the first eligible subscription only.
  • Duration. Twelve months is the norm in this sample. Lifetime or post-year tiers, like Kit's, change the long-run maths.
  • Window and model. A 180-day cookie suits slow B2B buyers. First touch protects the affiliate who introduced the product; last click favours whoever was last.
  • Banned channels. If your traffic is paid search or a deals site, several of these programs exclude you.
  • Payouts. Platform (Impact, PartnerStack, Dub), threshold, and schedule. Elementor's $200 minimum takes longer to reach than HubSpot's $10.

What the terms say about the vendor

Terms reveal how a program thinks about partners. Paying only on paid conversions and banning self-referral protect against fraud. Retention-based rates, as at ActiveCampaign, reward affiliates whose customers stay. Programs that tie the partner to the account rather than to a cookie, as HyypeFi does by binding referral codes at signup, credit renewals and upgrades without disputes over windows.

Frequently asked questions

Which SaaS affiliate program pays the most?
On rate, beehiiv's Gold tier lists 60% for a year and Webflow and Kit list 50% for 12 months, checked 22 October 2026. On flat amount, Semrush lists up to $450 per sale. What pays most for a given affiliate depends on conversion and retention in their audience, so compare expected earnings per click rather than headline rates alone.
Do SaaS affiliate programs pay recurring commission for life?
Most programs checked here pay for up to twelve months. Some extend beyond that: Kit adds 10% to 20% indefinitely after the first year for affiliates at Bronze tier or above, which needs at least 10 referrals a year and applies only to customers who signed up from 1 January 2024 onward, and Webflow's higher tiers add up to another 12 months on renewal. Read the duration in the terms rather than assuming recurring means lifetime.
Do I need to be a customer to join a SaaS affiliate program?
Often not. ActiveCampaign states that being a customer is not required, and Elementor says familiarity helps but use is not required. beehiiv requires creating an account to access the partner dashboard. Using the product does make promotion more credible, and many programs review applications for audience fit before approving.
Why do SaaS affiliate commission rates change?
Vendors adjust rates as they learn which partners and customers are profitable, change pricing, or move platforms. That is why third-party roundups often list outdated numbers. Check the vendor's own affiliate page and the date you read it, and look for terms on whether changes apply to existing referrals or only new ones.
